Terms of Service

By accessing or using Skylatek Studios ("the Platform") at skylatekstudios.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.

Skylatek Studios is an AI-assisted content production and distribution platform that enables users to create designs, manage email campaigns, schedule social media posts, and organise creative projects. Features include an AI-powered visual editor, distribution hub, campaigns module, and project pipeline.

Access to the Platform requires authentication via Skylatek ID (id.skylatek.com). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload, create, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Your content: You retain ownership of all designs, campaigns, and other content you create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Skylatek Studios a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

Our IP: The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Skylatek Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without written consent.

The Platform uses AI services (including OpenAI) to generate designs, copy, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any AI-generated output before use or publication.

The Platform integrates with third-party services (social media platforms, email providers, OAuth providers). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skylatek Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time via Account → Settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
